$84.60 per labour-hour, with a minimum charge of three labour-hours ($253.80). Fall Cleanup is an hourly service; identify whether you need leaf-only collection or a full cleanup with the final cut and trim.
Labour-hours count the combined time worked by the crew. Disposal is $4.00 per bag and is additional to the labour charge. A Fall Cleanup already included in a weekly mowing agreement follows that agreement’s scope; this standalone rate does not create a second charge for included work.
Published starting prices and minimum charges are subject to property size, layout, access, difficulty, condition and the work requested. Larger or more demanding properties, heavier buildup, additional areas and changes to the agreed scope may cost more. Your written quote confirms the final price, inclusions, disposal and applicable GST before approval.
