THE WHOLE PICTURE / JPPM

A clear winter plan for the property, the route and the conditions.

Winter care works best when the clearing areas, service model and expectations are agreed before the next storm. JP Property Maintenance uses organized routes, written scopes, email visit notifications and service documentation. Homeowners can choose a monthly residential contract, with one-time clearing considered when capacity allows. Commercial sites receive a plan built around their lot, walks, operating hours, trigger and snow-storage options.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT / JPPM

No vague promises in a storm.

01 / DEFINE THE AREAS

We identify what needs clearing, how snow can be stored and which areas are additional.

02 / AGREE ON THE SERVICE

Residential monthly terms or a commercial site plan set timing, trigger, treatment and pricing.

03 / DOCUMENT THE VISIT

Email visit notifications and service records give customers a reference after each route visit.

A CLOSER LOOK

A visit is one part of a winter plan

Winter conditions can change more than once in a day. A crew may visit during an ongoing snowfall; fresh snow afterward is a new accumulation. A thaw can send meltwater across a walkway, and a municipal plow may leave a windrow after the driveway was cleared. Routes and commercial site agreements define how those conditions are handled, including what work is part of a regular visit and what needs additional authorization. The goal is a written plan that lets you understand the service even when you are not at the property during the storm.

QUESTIONS / 04

Good to know.

Is one-time residential snow clearing offered?

Yes, when route capacity and conditions permit. It is quoted separately and does not carry an automatic monthly contract or standing route priority.

Is ice management included?

The quote defines ice treatment. Residential ice melt is an optional add-on; commercial treatments are site-specific.

Do you haul commercial snow?

Yes, snow pushback, relocation and hauling can be scoped as additional commercial work when on-site storage becomes constrained.

SNOW SERVICE / REQUEST FORM

Tell us about your winter property.

Request a monthly residential plan, ask about one-time clearing, or tell us about a commercial site. We will review the address, scope and route availability before confirming service.

From your request to winter service

  1. Your request enters our customer management system and you receive a confirmation email.
  2. We review the property and route availability, then email a quote for approval. Some properties need an in-person assessment. An automatic follow-up is sent three days after the quote.
  3. Approval notifies our team so we can set up your ongoing service plan.

Snow visit notifications are sent on the morning of service. After clearing is completed, we email a visit report with photos. These notifications keep you informed; clearing follows your agreed service timing. Residential routes use the 10 AM rule, while commercial timing reflects the approved site plan.
