JPPM provides regular lawn mowing in St. Albert for homes and commercial sites. We cut and trim the quoted turf areas, then clear mowing debris created by our work from nearby walks, driveways, patios, decks and entrances. This is a brief service cleanup, not a detailed full-property cleanup. The goal is to leave the serviced areas looking orderly as a whole.

Growth varies with weather, irrigation and fertilizer. A two-week interval will not always leave the same appearance as weekly care; unusually long or overgrown grass may need a different quote.
Recurring lawn visits include a visit notification and service report so you can see when a crew attended. Notes and photos can document conditions or work that needs follow-up where applicable. The record sits alongside the visible result: cut turf, trimmed edges and adjacent hardscapes cleared of mowing debris created during service.
Our lawn cutting service has two recurring residential options: weekly is the flagship full-season plan, while biweekly offers a lower-frequency alternative with automatic bagging.

One-time, holiday and temporary mowing can be arranged when route capacity allows. Tell us the dates, lawn condition and any bagging or disposal needs. A single visit does not require a full-season agreement, and an overgrown lawn may need extra labour.
Explore one-time and vacation mowing ↗Spring Cleanup is a separately quoted April–May service. Fall Cleanup is included only with the Weekly Lawn Mowing Program to the agreed scope; all other customers can request it separately.
Recurring mowing for storefronts, offices, condominium and apartment grounds, and mixed-use properties needs a site-specific plan. We define turf, edges, hardscape cleanup, garden areas, scheduling and reporting before work begins. Seasonal improvements and winter service can be coordinated under one contractor.

Weekly lawn mowing starts at $49.99 per week. Pricing depends on lawn size and difficulty, including layout, slopes, obstacles, access and current grass condition. Your quote defines the lawn areas and optional work.
Weekly bagging is optional. Where separately charged disposal is needed, it is $4.00 per bag; your quote identifies any included allowance. Biweekly, one-time, vacation and commercial mowing receive their own quotes; the weekly starting price does not set those rates.
Published starting prices and minimum charges are subject to property size, layout, access, difficulty, condition and the work requested. Larger or more demanding properties, heavier buildup, additional areas and changes to the agreed scope may cost more. Your written quote confirms the final price, inclusions, disposal and applicable GST before approval.
Tell us the address, lawn areas, preferred frequency and the rest of the property you want cared for. We will confirm scope and route availability in a written quote.
