GROUNDS CARE / BUSINESS & MULTI-UNIT

Commercial Lawn Mowing in St. Albert.

Commercial lawn mowing, trimming and mowing-debris cleanup for condos, apartments, businesses and other managed properties. Frequency, turf boundaries, seasonal work and reporting are agreed for your site.

A SITE-SPECIFIC MAINTENANCE PLAN

Consistent presentation
across the property.

Commercial lawn care serves more than turf. Retail, office, condominium, apartment, industrial and mixed-use sites all have different entrances, pedestrian routes, landscape beds and visibility standards. We map mowing areas, trimming boundaries, hardscape cleanup and the work required around customers, tenants and deliveries. The agreement sets frequency, documentation and additional services for the actual property; commercial pricing is quoted rather than published as a universal rate.

THE SERVICE IN PRACTICE

Commercial mowing inclusions and service boundaries.

Your approved quote defines the property-specific areas, frequency and any optional work.

Define the standard before the first visit

A site walk establishes turf areas, slopes, islands, trees, edges, access gates and the surfaces that should be left free of mowing debris. An office entrance may need a different presentation standard from a back-of-house utility yard. We also identify parked vehicles, irrigation heads, deliveries and hours that constrain equipment use. A written map and contact process reduce uncertainty for the crew and property manager.

Build a dependable mowing route

Recurring commercial mowing can include cutting, trimming, edging where quoted and a brief cleanup of the clippings our work leaves on adjacent pavement or entrance areas. Visit frequency is set according to property needs and growing conditions. Heavy growth, unusual debris or work outside the recurring scope should be identified and approved separately. We aim to leave the serviced areas orderly rather than merely completing the cut.

Connect beds, treatments and seasonal work

Garden-bed maintenance, weeding, optional fertilizer, partner-provided weed control, Spring Cleanup and Fall Cleanup can be included in a wider grounds plan when quoted. Not every site needs all of these at the same frequency. We can set maintenance priorities and a labour cap where recurring bed care is desired. Weed-control applications are coordinated through a service partner; JPPM does not claim to perform herbicide application directly.

Document work and plan the year

Visit notifications and service reports document attendance, with notes and photos for blocked access or areas needing attention where applicable to the agreed scope. A seasonal plan helps budget spring preparation, the growing season and fall work, then transitions into commercial snow and ice service. One contractor can connect routine care with improvements to beds, drainage, pathways or outdoor areas. Those projects are quoted separately from mowing.

Make the quote useful

Tell us the address, property type, landscape areas, expected appearance standard, operating hours and any reporting needs. Storefronts, condos, apartments and industrial sites may require different scheduling and access arrangements. We review the property before proposing frequency, crew approach and price. A tailored quote is more useful than a generic per-acre rate that ignores the entrances, edges and planted areas people notice every day.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before service starts.

Do you provide commercial mowing for condos?

Yes. Condominiums and other multi-unit properties can receive a site-specific recurring grounds plan.

Is garden maintenance part of every contract?

No. Beds, weeding, seasonal cleanups and treatments are defined and quoted for the site.

Can you manage snow too?

Yes. Commercial snow and ice plans can be discussed alongside the growing-season maintenance agreement.

Do you publish a commercial mowing rate?

No. We quote the actual property, frequency, access and scope.

COMPARE THE PROPOSAL

Look beyond
the mowing price.

Compare the same turf areas, trimming boundaries, hardscape cleanup and visit frequency. Bed work, shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups should be explicitly included or priced separately.

An overgrown site may need an initial reset. Residential weekly-program Fall Cleanup inclusions do not automatically apply to commercial properties.

PRICING / YOUR PROPERTY

Mowing and disposal,
clearly quoted.

This mowing service is quoted to lawn size, difficulty, access, current condition and the visits requested. Separately charged disposal is $4.00 per bag. Your quote confirms any disposal included in the program and any additional charges; an included allowance is not charged again.

Published starting prices and minimum charges are subject to property size, layout, access, difficulty, condition and the work requested. Larger or more demanding properties, heavier buildup, additional areas and changes to the agreed scope may cost more. Your written quote confirms the final price, inclusions, disposal and applicable GST before approval.
