ST. ALBERT, ALBERTA BUILD · IMPROVE · MAINTAIN
Freshly mowed residential front lawn with stripes between trees and a sidewalk
EVERY TWO WEEKS / MAY 1–SEPTEMBER 30

Biweekly Lawn Mowing in St. Albert.

Lawn mowing every two weeks from May 1–September 30, with trimming and automatic bagging. Spring Cleanup and Fall Cleanup are separately quoted.

A DIFFERENT SERVICE RHYTHM

Care every two weeks,
with growth in mind.

The Biweekly Lawn Mowing Program runs May 1 through September 30. It includes cutting and trimming every two weeks, clearing mowing debris from affected adjacent hard surfaces, and automatic bagging. The longer interval can produce more clippings, which is why collection is built into the program. It offers a lower-frequency option for suitable lawns without promising the same appearance as weekly service in every growing condition.

THE SEASONAL DISTINCTION

Fall Cleanup is quoted separately.

Biweekly service ends September 30 and does not include Fall Cleanup. If the property needs leaf removal, a final cut or other autumn work, we can quote the Fall Cleanup scope separately. Spring Cleanup is also a separately quoted April–May service. The weekly program runs through October 31 and includes a defined Fall Cleanup for customers who prefer a longer season.

THE SERVICE IN PRACTICE

Biweekly mowing, trimming and bagging.

Your approved quote defines the property-specific areas, frequency and any optional work.

Where biweekly service fits

A two-week visit pattern can work for customers who want regular mowing at a lower frequency and whose lawn growth remains manageable between visits. It may be a good match for a less intensively irrigated property or a customer who accepts a more variable appearance between cuts. We review access, property size, growth conditions and expectations before recommending the plan. The goal is a realistic service agreement, not to call every lawn suitable for the same schedule.

Why bagging is included

After two weeks, cut grass can be heavier than the clippings from a weekly visit. Automatic bagging helps manage that volume and leave the serviced property tidier. The quote identifies disposal and any exceptional condition that changes the work. We also trim around the normal quoted obstacles and make a reasonable effort to clear mowing debris created by the visit from nearby walks, patios, driveways and entrances. A visit notification and service report help you follow the work between the scheduled two-week cuts.

What changes with weather and fertilizer

Warmth, rain, irrigation and fertilizer can all accelerate growth. A lawn that is easy to cut at one point in the season may become heavy after two weeks in a wet period. We cannot promise that a biweekly property will always look as uniformly maintained as one cut weekly. If a lawn becomes excessively long or requires unusually slow work, extra labour or a different frequency may need approval.

Plan the first and last visits

The scheduled program starts May 1 and ends September 30, subject to weather and the accepted quote. Spring Cleanup is not included before mowing begins. Fall Cleanup is also not part of this program; it may be purchased separately. If the customer needs regular care into October and values the included fall benefit, the weekly plan is the more complete option.

Add other work deliberately

Garden-bed maintenance, fertilizer, partner weed control and landscape upgrades may be coordinated with a biweekly mowing relationship. They each need an agreed scope and price. The cut itself is a defined recurring service, while full-property care can be built through selected additions. This keeps expectations clear and lets customers control the level of care they want.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before service starts.

Is bagging included?

Yes. Automatic grass bagging is part of the biweekly program.

Is Fall Cleanup included?

No. It can be quoted separately. The included Fall Cleanup benefit belongs to the Weekly Lawn Mowing Program.

When does biweekly mowing run?

The program runs May 1–September 30.

Will it look identical to weekly mowing?

Not necessarily. Growth, irrigation, fertilizer and weather can change how the lawn looks between visits.

Can I switch to weekly?

Ask us to review route availability and provide a revised program quote.

CHOOSING AN INTERVAL

When does biweekly
mowing make sense?

Biweekly mowing suits lawns whose growth allows a longer cutting interval. Irrigation, fertilizer use and active spring growth can make weekly service a better fit.

If growth outpaces the schedule, contact us to discuss options. An overgrown first cut may require a separately assessed reset.
