How JP Property Maintenance handles customer, property and website information.
Updated October 6, 2026Information we collect
JP Property Maintenance collects contact details, service addresses, property and access information, quote and billing details, service requests, correspondence, and photos or notes needed to document work. We may also receive payment status and limited transaction information from a payment provider.
Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a service.
How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, communicate about work, issue invoices, respond to concerns, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use it only for reasonable purposes connected to our business or otherwise with appropriate consent.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information needed for those purposes with service providers that support scheduling, customer management, communications, accounting, payment processing, and website operation. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law.
Some providers may process or store information outside Alberta or Canada. Contact us to ask about our service-provider practices.
Website and request forms
Our quote and snow-service request forms are provided through Jobber. The information you enter is used to review your request, prepare a quote and manage the customer relationship. You can also contact us by phone or email.
Website and embedded-form providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and usage records, and may use cookies or similar technology to operate their services. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although this may affect an embedded form. The direct Jobber request link offers another way to reach the form.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and use of our website, and a Google Ads tag to support advertising measurement. These Google tags use cookies and similar technology to measure website activity. We do not intentionally send the names, email addresses, phone numbers or quote details entered in our forms to Google Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
Photos and property records
Crews may take photos of work areas, site conditions, completed work, or reported concerns for operational records. We do not use identifiable customer property photos for public marketing without appropriate permission.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for their work.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, business records, and applicable legal requirements, then securely delete or dispose of it.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask about how it is handled. Some information may need to be retained or used to complete a contract or meet legal duties.
Send privacy questions or written requests to the JPPM owner responsible for privacy at info@jppm.ca or call (780) 289-3116. We will review requests under applicable Alberta privacy law. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
