FLAGSHIP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM / MAY 1–OCTOBER 31

Weekly Lawn Mowing in St. Albert.

Weekly lawn mowing and trimming from May 1–October 31, weather and ground conditions permitting. Fall Cleanup is included to your agreed property scope; bagging is optional and Spring Cleanup is quoted separately.

MORE THAN A LAWN CUT

Weekly lawn mowing,
trimming and mowing-debris cleanup.

Our Weekly Lawn Mowing Program runs May 1 through October 31. Each scheduled visit includes cutting the quoted turf, trimming around edges and obstacles, and a brief cleanup of the clippings our work leaves on adjacent hard surfaces. Walks, driveways, patios, decks and entrances affected by mowing should look orderly when we leave. Seasonal leaf collection, detailed sweeping and pressure washing can be discussed separately when the property needs additional cleanup.

INCLUDED WITH THE WEEKLY PROGRAM

Fall Cleanup is part of the plan.

The weekly season continues through October 31 and includes Fall Cleanup to the agreed property scope. Your quote identifies the areas, timing and disposal included in that cleanup. Customers on biweekly, one-time or vacation mowing can arrange a separately quoted Fall Cleanup.

THE SERVICE IN PRACTICE

Weekly mowing inclusions and visit details.

Your approved quote defines the property-specific areas, frequency and any optional work.

A dependable weekly rhythm

A recurring visit keeps the lawn from becoming a catch-up job after every stretch of warm or wet weather. We agree on turf areas, gates, slopes, obstacles and any surfaces that need a brief post-mowing blow-off. Weather and ground conditions may affect a particular visit. The plan should be clear about how scheduling changes are communicated, what is within normal mowing and how an unusually overgrown first visit will be handled. After each visit, a visit notification and service report record that the crew attended, with notes or photos where applicable.

Cut, trim and clear the debris we create

Mowing is paired with line trimming around obstacles and edges that the mower cannot reach. Afterward, the crew makes a reasonable effort to clear grass clippings created by the work from nearby walks, driveway edges, patios, decks and entrances. Existing leaves, seasonal debris and detailed washing can be addressed through separately quoted cleanup work.

Bagging is a choice

Bagging and disposal are optional additions to weekly mowing. Some customers prefer clippings managed on the turf; others want collection because of appearance, growth or how they use the yard. If bagging is needed, we add it to the written scope and price. Disposal volume and unusual growth can affect the quote, so it is better to choose this before the crew arrives.

Spring and fall serve different purposes

Spring Cleanup is generally scheduled in April and May, when the property is snow-free and sufficiently dry. It is quoted and priced separately from the weekly program. Fall Cleanup is included in the weekly program to the scope agreed for that property. The two services are not interchangeable: one prepares the lawn for regular visits, and the other addresses seasonal debris as winter approaches.

A route into fuller property care

The mowing relationship can make it easier to plan garden-bed weeding, optional fertilizer, weed control through a partner, landscape improvements and snow service. These services can be quoted alongside the mowing plan. Customers can tell us which areas matter most and request one coordinated property plan rather than finding a different provider whenever the season changes.

PRICING / YOUR PROPERTY

starting at $49.99/week.

Weekly lawn mowing starts at $49.99 per week. Pricing depends on lawn size and difficulty, including layout, slopes, obstacles, access and current grass condition. Your quote defines the lawn areas and optional work.

Weekly bagging is optional. Where separately charged disposal is needed, it is $4.00 per bag; your quote identifies any included allowance. Biweekly, one-time, vacation and commercial mowing receive their own quotes; the weekly starting price does not set those rates.
