Fertilizer can be offered as an optional lawn-care upgrade and coordinated with recurring mowing. Professional weed control is available through one of our service partners; JPPM does not represent that it directly applies herbicide. We discuss lawn condition, desired appearance, site access and the treatment program before quoting or coordinating work. Timing and applications depend on the actual product and service arrangement.
A fertilizer program can support lawn colour and growth, but timing and the number of applications depend on the agreed treatment plan. It is not included automatically with weekly or biweekly mowing. More growth may also change how a lawn responds to a two-week mowing interval, so service frequency and treatment goals should be considered together. We confirm whether JPPM is performing a specific fertilizer application directly in the accepted quote.
Where a customer wants professional weed-control treatment, JPPM can coordinate it through a service partner. The partner performs the herbicide service under its own applicable scope and instructions. We do not describe routine mowing or garden-bed hand weeding as equivalent to chemical weed control. The quote or partner arrangement should identify the treatment areas, timing and how questions about the application will be handled.
Bare spots, shade, compaction, poor drainage and irregular watering can all affect appearance. A treatment alone cannot solve every underlying site condition. Mowing, trimming, hand weeding in beds, Spring Cleanup or a landscape improvement may be part of the broader answer. We can review what the customer sees and recommend a separate assessment or quote where the property needs more than routine visits.
Customers should know which service JPPM performs, which work is delivered through a partner, and which areas are included. Treatment timing can depend on weather, product instructions and site access. Fertilizer and weed control are optional, and neither is promised as part of standard weekly or biweekly mowing. Any application, price and follow-up expectations belong in the approved scope.
Spring Cleanup can prepare the property before regular mowing begins, while a suitable fertilizer plan can be coordinated during the growing season. Garden-bed weeding has its own recurring schedule and labour minimum. Weekly mowing continues through October with a defined Fall Cleanup included; biweekly mowing ends in September and Fall Cleanup is separate. Together, the selected services create a plan without implying that every optional upgrade is part of one mowing price.
