One-time and vacation mowing can cover a trip, a temporary gap in your usual lawn care or a property you are preparing for sale or possession. Tell us when the work is needed, the lawn areas, access arrangements and current grass height. We review route capacity and condition before confirming a price and service window. A one-time cut is a separate accepted job, not a standing place on a recurring route.
A holiday lawn mowing request can be for one visit or a short run of visits while the homeowner is away. You do not need to enroll in the full weekly season. Before leaving, confirm gate access, pets, irrigation timing, obstacles and a contact method if site conditions change. If you want the walks, driveway, patio or deck free of clippings created by our work, that brief cleanup is part of a normal accepted mowing scope.
A customer may need a cut before listing a home, after a temporary injury, when another contractor is unavailable or because the lawn was missed for several weeks. These jobs vary more than a regular route visit. We ask about lawn length, debris, slope, obstacles, bagging and disposal so the quote fits the work. We cannot promise an overgrown lawn qualifies for the same rate or time as a maintained property.
The accepted quote identifies lawn areas, trimming and the reasonable clearing of our mowing debris from nearby hardscapes. It should also identify whether collection and disposal are required. General leaf removal, detailed sweeping, pressure washing, garden work and disposal of unrelated material are separate tasks. Photographs can help with an initial quote, but unusually dense growth or hidden obstacles may change what equipment and labour are needed.
Existing recurring routes shape where and when we can fit an occasional job. We confirm availability before treating a requested date as booked. A visit notification and service report confirm when an accepted mowing job was attended. Weather and saturated ground can also make a proposed cut unsuitable; mowing through wet conditions can damage the turf or leave a poor result. For a trip, arrange service ahead of departure when possible so access and expectations are settled.
Fall Cleanup is not included with one-time, vacation or temporary mowing unless explicitly quoted. Spring Cleanup is also a separate service. If the property will need several months of attention, compare the weekly and biweekly programs instead: a recurring plan defines the season, frequency and included work in advance. JPPM can also quote garden care or other property maintenance around the temporary mowing service.

Your request goes straight into our customer management system, and you receive a confirmation email from JPPM. Once your quote is emailed, we automatically follow up after three days. Approving the quote notifies our team so we can arrange the work.
Most maintenance requests can be quoted and emailed for approval. Some properties need an in-person assessment so we can understand the work.
After approval, we schedule maintenance as soon as availability allows. Visit notifications are sent the day before. A specific day can be discussed, though it may mean a longer wait.
We inspect the property before beginning work, complete the service and document it afterward. Your service report is emailed to you, usually with photos.
This mowing service is quoted to lawn size, difficulty, access, current condition and the visits requested. Separately charged disposal is $4.00 per bag. Your quote confirms any disposal included in the program and any additional charges; an included allowance is not charged again.
Published starting prices and minimum charges are subject to property size, layout, access, difficulty, condition and the work requested. Larger or more demanding properties, heavier buildup, additional areas and changes to the agreed scope may cost more. Your written quote confirms the final price, inclusions, disposal and applicable GST before approval.
