Confirmation first. A plan that fits the work.
Your request goes straight into our customer management system, and you receive a confirmation email from JPPM. Once your quote is emailed, we automatically follow up after three days. Approving the quote notifies our team so we can arrange the work.
The next steps depend on whether you need a maintenance visit, ongoing winter care or a landscaping project.

A clear path to a cared-for property.
Arrange the first visit.
After approval, we schedule maintenance as soon as availability allows. Visit notifications are sent the day before. A specific day can be discussed, though it may mean a longer wait.
See the completed work.
We inspect the property before beginning work, complete the service and document it afterward. Your service report is emailed to you, usually with photos.
A quote built around your property.
Submit your request and receive a confirmation email. We then arrange a time to see the property and discuss the work with you. Your plans, access, materials and site conditions shape the scope.
Start on site.
The visit is a chance to explore what you want to achieve, ask questions and gather the details needed for a personalized proposal.
A considered proposal.
Once the necessary details are gathered, landscaping quotes are usually prepared within two weeks. We quote the actual project, with its own materials, preparation and finishing, rather than applying one package to every yard. An automatic follow-up is sent three days after the quote.
Plan the start together.
After approval, we arrange the project schedule and usually give at least a week’s notice before starting. In most cases, we work through the project before moving to another. Weather and other site or scheduling factors can sometimes interrupt that sequence.
